When I check my usage details it shows I dialed 1087 plus my number and made it an outgoing call. What does this mean? Why does it show I dialed 1087 then my number as an outgoing call?

It shows as a dialed outgoing call and the zip code is 68504, it has been that way since I bought the phone so for a couple of months. That's when I noticed it. I can also hear other people on the phone line talking sometimes but not everytime. The 1087 shows up along with my number in the mornings at different times.
