Hello Pam and thank you for contacting me. I do not receive and error message, my replies just don't go through using the 10 digit number. I had a help ticket opened for my phone and Verizon Engineers were able to establish that my phone is working properly and the problem is with my contact's phone. I am sorry and apologize for my panic attack; I'm just used to exceptionally fast responses from Verizon Service and the recent silence was unusual and alarming. My confidence has been restored and I thank you for outstanding customer service.
