One-touch speed dial?

Just got the Lumia 928 and learning my way around it.  Is there a one-touch speed dial function?  How do I set this up?  Thnx.

Several good ideas there for setting up quick dialing options.  There is not a "speed dial" like I think you are asking about - there are apps that will add this function, and other good ideas on that forum post.

there is voice function.

Hold the window button until it tells you it is listening, tell it to call your call contact.

Works great.
