My friend has an old school Orbic Journey phone. Calls are going straight to voicemail I am check the manual I have tried to help her I have called Verizon. I am an iPhone gal. The manual doesn’t address this issue and I have no idea how to reset the phone for her. Help would be appreciated thank you
