As of two days ago my CRUX all of a sudden stopped sending and receiving text messages. When I try and send one it sales "general failure" and I can not send. Any way to get this back. I checked on line and my plan has texting on it. I even received an email from Verizon that they tried to send me a text and it did not go through.

Thanks, Elitist_Jerk, for your reply.
Good afternoon BWise,
I can certainly understand the importance of being able to send and receive text messages. Are you still experiencing this difficulty? If so please make sure you remove the battery, leave it out for about 30 seconds, reinsert the battery and turn on your device. Please make sure your auto signature is turned off or free of any non-standard characters. I also recommend you check your phone for available memory. I'm sure you'll find this information helpful. Have a great day!

Hi,
I got the Pantech Crux over a year ago and I will not receive texts for hours at a time. This has happened ever since I got the phone. In order to know I am not receiving texts I have to send myself a text then if I do not get it, I then turn my phone off then back on. Once I do this about a minute later I will start getting all of my texts that I should have gotten like 3 hours before. I have tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, but nothing seems to work. But I am able to send text messages with no problem at all.
Thanks

That happens to me all the time usually I turn off my phone then turn it back on again and then it will send my text. that has always fixed that problem for me. also one of my friends went into verizon cause he wasnt recieveing texts or calls and it turns out that his line had gotten clogged with texted and phone calls that his phone just stopped recieving them all together,
