PMT Date Won't Update

I make monthly payments on my Samsung Gusto with a refill card, and if I check my account I'm up to date. But on the phone the PMT Date hasn't changed for two months, and is an unhealthy red. So far advice has been limited to turn the phone off/turn the phone off, and that hasn't worked.

Thanks for any imput.
