Does anyone know where to type in the passkey on the Gusto 3 to enable pairing in my car

It may or may not ask for the code

Step 1 - Enable Bluetooth functionality on the Samsung Gusto 3.

Note:The Bluetooth power must be set to ON position to pair the handset with a Bluetooth headset.

  1. From the main screen, press Menu [OK].
  2. Scroll to Settings, press OK
  3. Scroll to Bluetooth Menu, press OK.
  4. Press Turn On [Left SoftKey] or Turn Off [Left SoftKey] to deactivate bluetooth
Step 2 - Put your car into pairing mode.

  1. Depends on your vehicle
Step 3 - Pair the Samsung Gusto 3 with a Bluetooth Accessory.
  • From the main screen, press Menu [OK].
  • Scroll to Settings, press OK
  • Scroll to Bluetooth Menu, press OK.
  • Select Add New Device, press OK.
  • Place accessory in pairing mode, press OK. See accessory pairing instructions.
    Phone displays Searching.
  • Scroll to XXXAccessory NameXXX, press Pair [OK].
  • Phone displays Attempting to Auto Pair
  • Phone displays connect to: XXXAccessory NameXXX
  • Yes is highlighted, Press OK [Center NavKey].
  • Connection Complete
If Auto pairing fails, repeat steps 1 - 3 and proceed to below.
  1. Phone displays Enter Passkey. Enter 0000, press OK. (See accessory instructions as passcode may vary.)
    Phone displays Pairing With XXXAccessory NameXXX.
    Connect to XXXAccessory NameXXX displays.
  2. Press OK.
