Phone will not ring when receiving a call. Screen lights,call is received but no ring sound .

Have you verified the phone isn't on silent?

RJSR66, I am sorry to learn that you are not hearing the phone ring when you receive a phone call. Have you checked to see if the phone is on silent? What make and model phone do you have?
