Pictures in text message will not open

I upgraded my lumia 735 to windows 10 and now I cannot send or receive photos in a text message. I followed the online help but it did not work. All settings seem to be correct. Help!

I’m sorry to learn about the issues you’ve experienced with opening your picture messages. I rely on sending and receiving picture messages too and I want to get this fixed for you. Are you using the default messaging app on your device or a downloaded app? Have you tried to erase messages and power cycle your phone?
