I received a message stating that I received a PixFlix. I went to the website listed in the text message, but could not retrieve a message. How can I retrieve my pix flix?

RetrievePixFlix,
Lets get your picture message! Have you tried going to http://picture.vzw.com/pub/gallery.do to view your message? And just as a friendly hint, the pop up box asking for you to log in can take a minute or two to load, so it's ok if you don't see anything right away. It'll come up eventually.

I am also getting these messages and if for no other reason, I'd like to see the sender info, so I can ask them to stop sending me photos, but the sender info given on my phone with the vzw.com address is my own. When I go to the link in the text, it comes up as no longer available and the link you listed in your response, gives the same answer. It says the page is no longer available and wants me to sign up for the cloud, which I don't need with a basic phone.
Is there any way to access these messages and if not, can they be blocked to avoid getting them at all?
Thanks!

That's a great question awesomeoldnokiaphone!
You can access the messages by signing in to your account at: verizonwireless.com/picture.
This will allow you to view any picture messages send to your device within the last 7 days.
Thank you,

Thanks for your response but, this link sends me to a page that is
"currently unavailable or may no longer exist". Since it always says
that, I assume it is the latter.
Thanks for trying though.

Thanks so much for following up! I definitely want to ensure that you're provided with the correct link; http://picture.vzw.com/pub/gallery.do or http://vz.to/1aldWY7 ( bitly link ). Thank you for working with us.

are you kidding me. I have been getting pics on my phone for the past couple years, just starting getting the message to log in and follow directions to see pictures. I have gone to each of your links in these replies and nothing. Why now can I no longer see pics and none of your links work?

@sosugrad
I want to ensure you're able to view your pictures as well! Are you experiencing the same problem as the others in this thread? What model phone do you have and what exactly are you experiencing when trying to view picture messages? Please let me know so that I can further assist. Thanks!

The link sends me to a page where I enter my log in and it takes me right to my account information. HOW DO I SEE THE PHOTOS? Before sending us to a link why don't you check it out yourself to see if it really works.

Cecil, what does this message mean? It appears to be what I posted weeks ago, without any help. Verizon really looks like a crummy operation based on the Pix Flix issue. Have you looked at the actual discussion and/or tried to use the suggestion?

Yes, i've tried all the posted fixes. Nothing seems to be working. I won't waste any more of my time trying to get the pics, but it is annoying that family can send but I can't see them.

I am also having the same problem. when redirected to the vzw album I get a page that doesn't load and doesn't have any error messages. It's just a blank page. I have tried this in all web browsers on different computers so I am 100% certain it is not an issue with my computer or pop up blocking or some other program of the sort.
please help.

Mkmoudgil3,
This is very strange to hear! Pix Place is a nice way to be able to manage your media online. When I use it I simply visit http://www.vzw.com/picturemessage . If you wait a minute or two a pop up will appear asking you to sign in. Once you do that you should have full access to your Pix Place.
As an alternative, we now have a new program called Verizon Messages that can manage all of your media and send text messages too. If you sign up for this free service all of your current media in Pix Place should transfer over. You can check it out and sign up right here: http://www.vzw.com/cloud

I am having the same problem and getting the same blank pages and other messages. Why do I have to join a community just to get some help? Why can't us old fogies get some straight help? Can I set my phone so folks trying to send a pix-dlix get a raspberry?

I am having the same issues...I get texts saying I have PixFlix messages and have no way of finding those messages on my phone or online like I used to. I am paying for messages that I can not see! I joined the Messaging community and still receive no messages!!! I followed all of the advice and links in this thread and failed...many blank pages or pages that won't load. If this issue is not corrected soon, I will change carriers. How ridiculous to have us pay for messages and have no way of obtaining those messages!!!! Why did Verizon change their system and make it worse???

I have read all the material posted on this issue and agree with each of the customer's statements! I have been getting pictures on my phone for 5 years and this evening a friend sent me two pictures. The message tells me to go to a website and follow directions. I did that. I was let to sign up for a free cloud storage and then left hanging. I have been everywhere on this site to get the pictures and no lead, no instruction, no HELP provided to retrieve these pictures. What is going on? do you not have a testing environment to make sure your updates work for your own system? I need these pic for a project and I depended upon my phone service.... I guess I should not depend on the service any longer.
