8 Months Has to be a record. I smell a potential class action, if support dwindles, and/or Cyan isn't released.
Please just tell us.. what are our chances of seeing this update or getting some concrete communication.. because if we don't.. the least of your damage will be loss of customers, and I would be one that is never to return.
