Portico update now rolling out for HTC 8X?

I just read this article, Anyone get the notification yet?

Mine is still throwing the "We are currently unable to check for updates (80070002)" error so I'm guessing I'll have to reset my phone.  I was hoping to keep my camera roll but it's looking like that won't be possible.

I updated my phone but I'm not seeing some of the new features. For example, I can't reply with a text when I ignore calls despite the option being turned on in phone settings. I did a factory reset and the option still doesn't come up. I also can't set an MP3 as a ringtone. Anyone else having problems like this?
