OK, Portico has been available from Microsoft since 12/19/12. It has been implemented by just about every carrier in the world except Verizon.
What's the delay? When will Verizon make Portico available to its WP8 users?
Apparently Verizon is waiting on HTC to make it compatible that Portico can run on Verizon's CDMA network or so they say
