Microsoft has just pushed out Windows Phone 8.1.1 for those participating in the Preview Developer Program.
It's believed to fix the following issues:

Remember, while we are releasing Lumia Cyan for a large number of phones, there still may be some of you that are not offered the Cyan update, yet. However, as explained in the blog, we’ll continue to add more Lumia devices every couple of days over the coming weeks until we bring everyone up to the latest.
So now hopefully whenever VZW does get around to releasing Cyan, we'll be able to update without having to roll back to 8.0 first. I don't know if they fixed that for everyone, but it did seem like one of the main things they were working on.
Looks like the love for AT&T continues. Windows Phone 8.1 + Cyan was released for the 920 and 925 today.
That makes 100% of all Windows Phone Lumia devices on AT&T that have been updated.

Yep, just look the neighborhood that Verizon sticks us in. If I wanted to go cheap I would have chosen one of them. I thought I was paying for premium service with Verizon, but apparently not.
Yes this is legit and really Windows Phone 8.1. Put it on my 928's and 822. Works flawlessly.
