I just downloaded and installed Mobile Email on my LG Octane (SD card) yesterday, but every time I try to run the app the phone reboots. I was never even able to get to the point of adding an account. Would uninstalling the app and re-installing help? If so, how do I uninstall the app? If not, what else should I do to fix the problem?

CharleneS, I'm sorry your having issues with Mobile E-mail. I understand how frustrating this can be because text and e-mail are used just as much as voice calls. I have listed steps below to remove the mobile e-mail application and how to re-add it. Always power cycle your device periodically.
Steps to remove mobile e-mail:
From the main screen, select Menu.
Select Media Center (Get It Now).
Select Browse & Download (Tools on the Go).Select Mobile E-mail then select Options.
Select Remove / Erase / Cancel Subscription.
Select Yes.
Steps to downloading mobile e-mail:
From the main screen, select Menu.

On some touch screen phones, touch the screen to continue.

Please keep me and the community posted with the status of your issue.

I did some further testing on the app. When I removed/re-installed it
according to your directions, I chose to install it on the phone and the
app worked fine. So I removed and re-installed it again, this time
selecting installation on the card. When installed on the card, loading
the app would cause the phone to reboot. I then removed and re-installed
it again to the phone, then tried to move the app to the card. The attempt
to move the app to the card failed. Because of the limited phone memory,
installing the app to the card would be the preferable option. Do you
think there's any solution to this problem?
