***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Purchased two weeks ago

I purchased this device two weeks ago and it has frozen for 3+ hours for a second time in three days. I was on hold with "customer service" for over an hour to try to exchange my device for one that works properly but was just disconnected.... Again. So now do I not only have an issue with a phone I just purchased, but now there is an issue with even being able to get a hold of anyone to do anything about it. All that happens is I keep getting transferred to different departments then eventually disconnected. Thank you Verizon for taking my money for your service and not investing in quality customer service practices.

You might try the Contact Us link on My Verizon.  Choose Live Chat.  That is the easiest method.
