I have had my Nokia phone for approx. 1.5 years. It has been working wonderfully well then, about 2 weeks ago it suddenly stopped holding a charge for longer than 4hrs. It charges fine but in 4hrs. or less is completely dead. I purchased a new battery thinking that was the problem but that hasn't made a difference.
Bellebopper,
I am sorry to hear your phone isn't holding a charge. I know how much I rely on my phone so let's add some life to your battery. Is your software up to date? How do you typically use your phone? Please share details.

Is the software up to date? OMG, that is the funniest thing I've read in a long, long time.
Of course, it's not up to date. It's a Windows Phone Verizon Wireless!
