I have a standard cell phone (i.e. dumb phone). They don't come with SIM cards, but I was told that they don't need them because they have some kind of built in memory device (something like that). Anyways, I want to retrieve deleted call and text messaging logs from my phone. I can't look up call history, because I have auto-pay, so I don't receive a bill. Can Verizon retrieve these for me? Thank you.

Once deleted, the logs on your phone aren't available.
If you are the Account Owner on a post-paid account and logged into your MyVerizon account as such, your call logs are available for the past 18 months and the text logs are available for the past 90 days.
