Bought ringback tones for my Windows Lumia 928 and they will not play. I have created a Jukebox and assigned it to everyday as well as default and all that plays when you call my cell is the Verizon default.... help!!!!
Are you on a shared plan? Did you log in to My Verizon using your own unique phone number and pasword? Each line on an account needs to have it's own separate login and password on My Verizon to purchase ringtones, ringbacks, and other services that will be used on that specific line.
Log into My Verizon...that's a good one! 
I cannot get the ringback tones page to open at all on MyVerizon. It continues to say no web page found. I have tried using several browsers. The tone I had for years is no longer playing. Are ringback tones no longer available?
