Can someone please explain to me why i can not access and manage or buy ringback tones on this phone.

Are you trying to manage/buy the ringback tones through the MyVerizon app or through the phone's browser?

I am trying to access it by the MyVerizon app as there is no Verizon Tones app for this phone.
