I recently bought the HTC windows online, and it didnt come with a SIM card. Can I go into the store to get one or do I have to call in?

You can do either; SIM cards are free at Corporate Verizon stores (retailers usually charge for them) or call Customer Service and they'll mail you one.

Customer Service

Dial *611 from a cell phone

(800) 922-0204

Monday - Sunday 6 am - 11 pm
