I have looked at the other discussions for this problem, but they mostly are related to the Iphone. I have tried the *73, *900, *920 but still have the problem. It does seem to be the phone though because I have a spare Alias2 that gets calls if I activate it but it is quite beat up so prefer to use the nicer one.
You mentioned you have tried the *73 to remove call forwarding, and other * codes - try *228 option 1 to reprogram the phone to the network and it will update your roaming list (PRL) at the same time - it won't hurt anything and may help.
Thanks, I did try that again both option 1 and 2 and no luck. As far as I know it was working fine but I wanted to try using my wife's old phone so I activated it and used it for about 3 days and decided I liked the keyboard so much better on the Alias2 so I re-activated it and noticed I got a text saying I had voicemail but phone never rang.
