I have been having problems with my Samsung Brightside. Sometimes when I receive text messages they show up in a form of code or don't show up at all. This only happens sometimes but gets extremely annoying. I have contacted Samsung and reset my phone to factory settings. This has not fixed the problem. What should be my next step is trying to get my phone fixed?

Let's get to the bottom of this mystery, does this happen with long message? Is it from one specific contact? When did you notice this started happening? Are your outgoing messages going out okay?
