Samsung Convoy 3 => I have assigned some contacts with a group tag using the cloud back-up. When I sync the cloud and phone it does not show the group assignment on my phone. How can I correct this?

That's an awesome question. We want to make sure everything backs up the way you need it to. Did you assign them as a group online or on the phone? Do any groups show up if you go into your menu under contacts and then groups?

Online.
"Do any groups show up if you go into your menu under contacts and then groups?" AndrewT_VZW
Online the groups show up and the contacts I assigned to the groups are listed.
On my phone under contacts is:

~Favorites
Then my contact list starts

If I go into EDIT mode on the phone there is a field to enter the GROUP name
But, for those who are in a GROUP which was entered while online, the GROUP field is empty.
