I have deleted most of the text and pictures on the phone and the phone is still telling me that my memory is full. I am also not able to download pictures that others have sent me. Why is this happening????

I'm sorry for any issue with the memory on your Intensity III! Let's gather some data.....do you have a memory card in your device currently? How many messaging threads are showing in the device?
