My screen is broken, but the keys still light up. Is there anyway to get my contacts back?

I'm terribly sorry to hear about your phone having broken. I know contacts are crucial and I would want to do everything I could to save those as well. I know with the Octane you have both the external screen and the screen when you open it up. Are both broken? Have you ever backed up the contacts in the past? http://vz.to/16bLoV6
