I have searched the online forums and while I have found people with the same problem, I haven't found any solutions. Help! I was able to figure out some numbers I was missing from text messages but other than that, I don't even know whose info I lost.

Let's make sure we can find those missing contacts. When logging into our Backup Assistant website, are there any contacts in the trash? Have you previously synced contacts with an email address? Please keep us posted.
