Names from my contact list used to pop up as I dialed the number...it no longer does since I restored to factory settings. Is there a setting somewhere that needs to be tweaked?

Let's get your contacts back the way they were! After completing the master reset, did you restore your contacts using Backup Assistant or another application? Do you have the contacts in your phone now? Please provide me with some additional information on the contacts, and if they are still showing on your device. We can go from there.
