Some Lumia 822 questions

So, far I really like the phone. Very different typing. As a convert from a Blackberry , that is going to take me some time.

I would like have VZ voice mail log right in - so I dont have to type the passcode when driving. I can't figure out how or where to edit *86 to add a pause and passcode

Actually would like to do the same for work voice mail

How do you add pauses then some numbers then pauses etc....

I think you need to add 2 comma's betweent the numbers, like: 2125551212,,1234,,,,4212

Any idea how to change the Voice Mail number to add that as well?

That worked for my contacts

But for voice mail...I found out if you hold the . it shows up , and some other characters so you can add them, but it wont save. even when I turned off use default VM number....

Herbm, I'm glad you're enjoying your Lumia! It's a great device, although definitely a learning curve from a Blackberry. To edit your voicemail number, go to your Phone icon, press the 3 dots to open the Menu, then choose Call Settings. Press and hold the period for a few seconds then you'll have an option to enter a comma. Enter your password.

Thanks...I figured that part out, but it will not save

Always says :

We're having trouble saving your voicemail number right now. Try again later.

Later doesnt work either!!
