Soo Im home sick from work, and my basic phone decides to not add my 45 dollar phone card onto it (as a plan). HELP!!!

This has happened to me before in the past and all i would have to do is go onto the Support Chat and they would fix the problem. But for some reason the chat tab wont load and says "blank". HELP KBGKathleen <- not sure if these are the right people.
