Spontaneous shutting down of HTC Trophy 7 windows phone

I have seen this on other forums but with no solutions.  Has anyone had issues with the HTC Trophy 7 shutting down on its own?  My phone does this now usually at least once every day or two and it seems to be becoming more frequent.  It seems to shut down by itself when I'm not using it for a little while, even 30 minutes or so.  It's not in battery save mode either.  any suggestions or comments?  thanks

Wow! What a irritating problem to have the device reset on its own. Let's investigate this together.

When the device resets, is it using a particular application? Are any applications open when it resets? Is the battery loose or swollen? Please remove the battery for 15 seconds then reinsert and retest.

Hey Joe, thanks.  I am not using the phone when it resets.  When I go to turn the screen on again, the phone would be off, after recently using it (a few minutes to an hour or so).  Not on battery save.  No applications are running.  I did remove the battery yesterday and replaced.  So far, it is not resetting.  hope this resolves the issue.  If not, I'll try a hard reset.
