The other thread was marked answered but definantly was not answered.

ALL sound options turned off. (not even vibrate is on.)

And the missed/drop call tone still blares throught the speakers of the phone/headphones if you have them in.

I thought this was the flagship WP8 for verizon why are they not ontop of this.
