I was having issues with using and updating contacts. I decided to do a factory reset and now the phone is stuck on the loading screen that has the "cube with verizon logo on left and windows logo on the right." I have tried powering off and running through the reboot several times and its no use. Keeps getting stuck in the same place. will not even completely shut off now.
