I've spent 5 hours trying to get my account unlocked. Dragged along, not listened to, unhelpful service. Deactivated account, couldn't understand the rep. Complete waste of everyones time. Literally had the wrong information in the system to which I notified them at the beginning of the conversation.......... Shameful service.
