HI. After I update my contacts in My Verizon, then click the Sync button. The red "Syncing" thermometer appears, but it stays in this mode indefinitely. Any ideas why this might be happening? Do I need to install some kind of app on the phone first?
I'm trying to use this feature for the first time on my basic LG phone.

Hi kdeuler - We certainly want you to be able to easily manage your contacts! Upon review the Sync featues through the website does not apply to Basic Phones as it is trying to connect to the Verizon Cloud app. Verizon Cloud is not available on Basic Phones at this time.
