Trouble downloading ringtones

I purchased 3 ringtones online and only received one of them. How do i get the other two? My account was charged for all 3.

What model phone do you have, and what steps did you take to purchase these ringtones?  Did you purchase these from our website or a third party website?  Do you get an error message when attempting to download the ringtones?  If so, what is the error message?  Here are some steps for assigning or setting ringtones from www.VerizonWireless.com: http://vz.to/1hfWQRr.  Please let me know more details so I can further assist.  Thanks!
