Outlook generally needs the incoming and outgoing servers. There is not a comparable setting in the phone that I can find. I have tied to use the incoming - mail.charter.net and the Outgoing: smtp.charter.net I am getting an error code: 80072efd. "Having trouble connecting to mail.charter.net".
Any suggestions, I need to have this email account.
