I have a Verizon LG Basic Phone.
I need to change my voicemail personal greeting. I dialed *86, however, when I press # to get to the main menu, nothing happens, the operator just continues to talk and send me to the voicemails. So as of now I cannot get to the main menu w/ options of changing the voicemail.
Please help, thanks!
When I call in to my voicemail using *86, I am asked to enter my password, then press #. Once I do that, I hear "You have X new messages and X saved messages. To listen to your messages, press 1 .... personal options, press 4". If I press 4, then there is another menu of selections for recording a greeting, etc.... just follow the prompts for what you want to do.
