Myself and my husband are both unable to make outgoing calls on our phones. We have to the prepaid plans, both of which are paid up. When we attempt to make a call it says that we have a zero balance. I just looked at my account it is not due until Jan 15th and it says I still have 435 minutes left for the month. Please help!
Never mind, turns out the number we were trying to call was to a business that just burned down yesterday and we were unaware. Thank you and sorry to be a bother!
