A year ago I deposited into my prepaid account and a few days ago I had a balance of $68.77. Apparently since I did not add to the account within the year my entire balance has been forfeited. This is no way to treat a company retiree! Please re-instate my entire balance
Based on whatever plan you have, funds do expire after 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, and on older plans, 1 year.
