Yes, Call Verizon Technical Support. Ask for replacement.
It took me 3 calls to Verizon. On Call 3 (yesterday) they offered a free replacement which I got today. was offered free priority shipping of Fedex next Day for 12.99. I took it.
Got phone today and all is well. Upgrade worked first time.
Upgraded to 7.10.8337.79 and new HTC Firmware.
Required to return old phone (free postal shipping) or you pay for phone.
Be sure you backup your content before the new phone comes and you rest the old one before returning it.
