Will I be able to upgrade the HTC One M8 from WP 8.1 to WP 10 when it is available?
If history is any indication you should wait until every other carrier has completed their upgrades before expecting to see anything from Verizon. They have proven through their actions that they don't give a rat's @$$ about Windows Phone (and by extension their customers). All of the phones that were released with Windows Phone 8 are still waiting to go to 8.1, months after most carriers in the world have finished.
That said, you could sign up for the Developer Preview program which would get you immediate access.
Thanks, that's what I was afraid of based on everything I've read. I am considering switching from iOS to Windows Phone but really want the ability to upgrade to WP 10. I'll check out the Developer Preview program.
