Urgent help

Hello

So first off, id lime to say that in my 25 years of adult hood , Verizon is the absolute world champion for frustrating , horrible, and outright anger inducing ordering  experience.

It took 6 hours of hold time , 8 hours of on phone time, 7 different people, and 3 days to place my order , Including being lied to and hung up on.

The ai is an absolute joke that is ther only to anger you into hanging up. The staff all speak English as a 2nd language, they love to repeat corporate lines even after you explain you understand that ...even tell you things like it's approved and order is placed ....when it's not, or transfer in your number will absolutely not cause your current service to end...and what do you k ow it abruptly ended

Of course being a major corporation that justifies needing I'd scans blood samples , a 6 hour course and 500 question test on your life....and just governmental levels of identity to purchase a cell phone...they have easy customer support...right they close at 6..

 

So it's Christmas I have no phone service, because whatever they die cut it off...and I'm done

 

Horrible support

Hung up on

Lied to

Time wasted

Lost my phone service

And all o get is a bot that is absolutely worthless

 

Of course I can still pay my bill...always can do that...don't matter time or day or who you are...payments always accepted

 

What I need is a person to call now, to fix this now, someone competent ...my 5 minute long task of ordering a phone or anything anywhere else is now rounding a work day in length at verizon
