Valid text?

Has anyone had this issue? About a week ago I received a text from Verizon. It advised me to access a web site within 10 days or my

account would be deleted. I called to make sure this was a valid text. I was advised by the Verizon Customer Service Rep that it was valid. She

informed me that if I had an "older" phone before having a smart phone then my pictures were "housed" in this account. I did not know how to access this website and I have just found out that some of my older ringtones are now gone. Did anyone else receive this same text? If so, do you still have the website address? Thank you!

Hi rroberts1447!

Sorry for any inconvenience with your Pix Place account. I can definitely help you out. Here's a link about PIX Place, which includes frequently asked questions and links to your online photo album. http://vz.to/USaXFC Here's another link to the Ringback tones site. http://vz.to/18FaeJE Keep in mind you will have to login using your My Verizon credentials on each site.
