Voicemail Issues

My DuraXVPlus by Kyocera will not allow me to call voicemail.  It tells me that the number is disconnected or no longer in service, though I try from another verizon phone and the number will go through to voice mail, but not on my phone.  What do I need to do?

Try dialing your own 10 digit cell phone number from your cell phone - it should ask for your password (dial you  full # and not *86).  Does that work?

Being able to access your voice mail is important so I completely understand your concern LISLOG3. How long have you not been able to access your voice mail? How are you attempting to access your voice mail?
