I love my Trophy, but I love the WP operating system most. AT&T is launching the new Nokia phone in late October to augment the launch of Windows 8 (which is also awesome, I've been running the beta version since February on my slate).
Verizon has become the store of "Android" and "Apple." If they don't kick-it-up and go Windows Phone, I'm off to AT&T in November. See 'ya Big Red!

It is coming. We have been waiting for a long time. I laid eyes on my first windows phone - a prototype being showed off by a Microsoft Developer Evangelist at a developer event - two and a half years ago. It's been a long time coming, and I was sorely disappointed when Verizon finally released Trophy, but I bought it, in hopes of showing support for it, and showing them that it was a desired platform. I was upset with them last winter when they failed to bring on a WP 7.5 device, but now that I have learned that none of them can be upgraded to WP8, I am thankful, because I would have purchased one, and would have been stuck with a phone that couldn't be upgraded. For once I am glad they didn't pick it up.
Now they have committed to support that platform. They have formed an agreement with Nokia. They have publicly voiced support for Windows Phone 8. They have said that they want a strong third ecosystem and that they made Android what it is and that they can do the same with Windows Phone. We are nearly there. Be patient with me, my friends, and bask in victory.
