I don't see this commercial anymore and I think I know why.  Verizon doesn't want us to turn it around into this:

No, Verizon, I don't hear you now.  In fact, I can't get any word out of you at all.  You don't talk to me anymore.  Wait, did you ever talk to me?  I can't remember.  You and I must not be friends any more.  That makes me question why I want to keep giving you my money.  In fact, maybe I should get online and start a campaign to let others know that you do not care enough about your customers to talk to them regularly.  It is a darn sharm that in what is considered by many to be the best country in the world we have someone like you to neglect us.
