When I go to charge my phone I have to wiggle the charger or prop the charger so it will charge. I went to charge it tonight, now it wont charge at all. what do I do? is it fixable or do I have to get a new phone?

You could purchase this Nokia Wireless Charging Cover - Verizon Wireless and this Amazon.com: Nokia DT-900 Wireless Charging Plate - Retail Packaging - Black: Cell Phones & Accessori... to charge your phone, but i think you should request a replacement or if you don't want to pay Verizon, ebay has them for like $70 refurbished.

Hello emrail, a working device is super important! Have you tried using an alternate charger? Is there any physical or water damage to the phone or port connectors? Please check for any corrosion or discoloration.

I went to the store cause I couldn't wait for reply. The port was damaged. But I think it was damaged cause I had to wiggle it so much to get it to charge. Had to get new phone. Thanks for replying though.
