When are new Windows phones coming?

Have an HTC 8X running Windows 8.1 that recently started having really bad screen glitching issues.  For example, typing one letter enters another and one part of the screen is just dead to touch.  Usually takes 3-4 tries now just to type in the unlock password.  I could a) get a new upgrade (which I'm due), b) get a new screen from a 3rd party for $50, c) get a warranty replacement from Verizon for $100 or d) step down to my old HTC Trophy.  Prefer option A (to get a new Windows phone), but no idea if and when Verizon will be offering them.  Don't want to waste upgrade on an old model phone with new ones coming out soon.  Anyone have any insight?  Prefer not leave Verizon, but considering it since I'm in a crappy state right now.

Early rumor was lat Q3 maybe early Q4 2015.  Mostly mid-range and basic range smartphones and who knows which will come to Verizon.

Not till Windows 10 is released for mobile...

The pace at which VZW moves we won't see a flagship device until 6 months after it's been announced and selling on AT&T.  For instance, VZW was suppose to release the Lumia 735 early this year and it even passed through the FCC back in November.  The Lumia 735 is now supposed to be release next month....

flagship phones will be release after win 10 for phones.  there will be cheap phones trying to get another spectrum of the market until then.  its out in beta and has been for several weeks.  they will not release it until after win 10 for pc is released.  or so they said

I thought I was the only one with this problem. My Nokia Icon is possessed! I can barely text someone, unlock the screen or search the internet. My phone even calls people by itself. I have tried soft reset (several times a day) and finally a hard reset...didn't help at all. I, myself, have thought about your option a,c, and d but had not heard of option b. Please let me know what you decide. I can't take another day of this, especially when my hubby has the same phone and his is perfectly fine.

I currently have the Icon and so far (fingers crossed have had no problems) waiting for a new flagship phone to be released. Just hope this year it will happen. The thought of going to Android or Apple is not appealing to me. Ordering a surface 3 when it comes out so really want another windows phone.

Microsoft is supposedly launching "Cityman" and "Talkman" with Windows 10. Lets hope Verizon gets at least one of these:

I wouldn't hold your breath.  Unless Microsoft and VZW made nice, we'll see those devices on AT&T long before they will appear on VZW.

VZW can't even release the Lumia 735 in a timely manner.  The Lumia 735 was released around September 2014 and it's rumored that VZW will release it this month (last rumor was to be in February 2015); it's at least 6 months old already....
