When my phone rings and it is a contact, their PHONE # shows up, not their name. Went to my local store, they told me to reset my phone, which I did after backing up contacts. STILL doesn't work ie shows my contact's name. Any suggestions? it is a LG phon

When my LG phone rings and it is one of my contacts, their PHONE # shows instead of their name. I don't know people by their phone #s. I took my phone to my local Verizon store and they told me to back up my contacts and reset my phone...which I did. Same problem. Any other suggestions out there??
